I was really happy that there was a Starbucks in the casino. The barista was very friendly. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because it was really expensive. I guess harrahs hits them with the resort fee. Still love the convenience.

It's a Starbucks. You know the menu.
This store gets 3 stars for just being average with service. 5 people behind the counter, 1 person taking orders and one other trying to make coffees. 3 people just talking and not helping. 7 people waiting in line. They should have opened up a second register. -

I asked for non-caffeinated drink the barista was kind of snarky and looked over at the other Brista and they shared a small laugh and told me that all the drinks are caffeinated and then when I said that they were able to make me a drink yesterday that was non-caffeinated she said well no because everything is caffeinated and I showed her the photo of my drink on the phone and she said that's dragon fruit and it's caffeinated long story short she didn't want to help me at all she didn't want to take her time she didn't want to do anything for me so I ended up with the stupid strawberry lemonade, thanks. I really really do not like it when people treat me stupid I believe in being super super nice and I like it when my kindness is given back I do not like being made to feel stupid.

As cozy good as caffeine gets on this casino floor!
This Starbucks is tucked away in a corner and could get pretty busy. The young people who are working there are very personable and do a commendable job of keeping up with the long lines when they form. If you are staying at Harrah's or visiting and need caffeine, this is where you want to go for good coffee as it arguably is the best option you might have. -

It's actually a Starbucks window in Harrahs casino no seating and always crowded with casino patrons. The prices are higher than a free standing store but if you need a coffee fix it's your only choice.
